Victoria Byrne

Victoria was born and raised in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. She holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Carleton University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Ottawa. During law school, she summered with the Ministry of the Attorney General’s Criminal Law Division and served as VP Finance of the Indigenous Legal Student Governance.

Victoria practices primarily in family law and has a particular interest in collaborative family law. She is committed to helping clients navigate challenging and often emotional situations with care, compassion, and practical guidance.
