Robert Vitulano (he/him) holds a Bachelor of Common Law and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University, and a Baccalaureate in Arts from Concordia University. During his time at McGill, Robert was involved in mediation and conflict-resolution projects and volunteered at a local housing and social benefits organization. He articled and started his legal career with Legal Aid Ontario working in Family, Child Protection and Criminal law before transitioning to private practice to work exclusively in Family and Child Protection.
Robert understands that families experiencing separation or divorce are in a challenging period in their lives. Choosing a collaborative family lawyer can help during this transitional period. Robert takes pride in using a collaborative and solution-focused approach and is passionate about helping his clients understand their rights and obligations that can help their family move forward.
Robert has further training in intercultural mediation and negotiation from Tulane University, and attended seminars/training pertaining to domestic violence and working with families experiencing high conflict. He has special insight in working with LGBTQ+ individuals.
When not in the office, you might find Robert gardening, hiking and taking too many photos of his dog.
