Karina Nowak

Karina approaches family law with a calm, steady presence and a belief that families deserve support that is both skilled and deeply human. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, practiced at one of Ontario’s top litigation firms, and was awarded the Harold G. Fox Scholarship, which took her to London, England to work alongside leading barristers and judges. After stepping away from practice to raise her four children, she returned to family law with a renewed sense of purpose and a resolve to ground her work in a collaborative approach.

Karina’s goal is to engage separating spouses in a process where they work together with their lawyers, and other professionals as needed, to resolve the issues that matter most: parenting arrangements, communication, schedules, the matrimonial home, and division of property, and support. Instead of adversarial posturing, the focus is on transparency, problem‑solving, and building durable agreements that reflect the needs and values of the family.
